Responses Tacx riders

Malaya - Paris: "You complete a highly intensive fitness session in a short space of time. You do of course miss the effect of specific endurance training but your heart, lungs and leg muscles achieve maximum efficiency and any excess kilos fly off. Taking in enough fluid is obviously a must, as is having an appropriate level of basic fitness."

Bart Brentjens, Olympic mountain bike champion 1996: "The Tacx VR trainer has made indoor training a pleasure. Real Life Video lets you experience World Cup races abroad right in your living room."

Phil - New York: "Such training is not in the least boring. You can look up a whole raft of information throughout the run by simply switching the buttons on the USB interface. The enchanting scenery, the stage graphics as well as all the other parameters rule out any question of boredom."

Odwin - Amsterdam: What appeals to me most is the ability to climb all the well-known mountains, lose myself completely in an online contest and do it all within one square metre."

Don Gabrielson (USA), Tacx test team rider and coach: "The Fortius immerses you in the experience. Anyone who is really short of time can focus on a given programme and track progress closely. No time is wasted."

Tim - London: "Step into the virtual world of Tacx and you will become almost addicted to indoor cycling. There are so many possibilities that it will take you ages to discover them all."
