Please complete the form as good as possible, and mail it to a Tacx Service Centre. Without this information the Tacx Service Centre will be unable to adequately answer your question.

Before contacting the Tacx Service Centre, please check the following steps

  1. Check if you have installed the latest version of the software, and whether the Tacx trainer is connected in the right way. Start the software, and select INFO in the main menu. Here you can see the currently installed software versions. Make sure these versions correspond with the latest versions which are available in the SOFTWARE UPDATES section of the Tacx website.
  2. Many problems can be solved using the help function of the software.
  3. The FAQ section of the website contains a lot of information regarding common problems.
  4. Also take a look at the FORUM on the Tacx website. Here you can read about other people's experiences of Tacx trainers and software. Visit the Tacx forum.

If this does not solve your problem, then complete the questionnaire as good as possible and send it to the Tacx Service Centre (either by email or though the Tacx website). The contact information of all the Tacx Service Centres is available on the website.
