Fitness tests


Do you want to know more about your body and your performance? Do you want a health-check or do some self-testing, after finishing your training programs? At this site we offer you a few tests, which are easy to perform by yourself. It has the preference to do a test at a specialized organisation. But, the Tacx trainers are pre-eminently suitable to do a test by yourself. There are four tests available on this website.

Body Mass Index (BMI) >
Goal: calculate ideal weight. The BMI compares bodyweight with your body length.

Astrandtest >
Goal: measure aerobe endurance capacity. The Astrandtest is a sub maximum test for calculating your aerobe endurance capacity.

PWC Test >
Goal: measure aerobe endurance capacity. The PWC test is just like the Astrand test a sub maximum test for calculating your condition and compare with persons of your own age.

Conconitest >
Goal: measure Anaerobic Threshold. This is maybe one of the most famous tests among cyclists. De Conconitest kan alleen uitgevoerd worden met een VR trainer of Cosmos.
